Failure to cancel your membership before the renewal date will result in the automatic renewal and continuation of your membership for another year.
- Waiver of Liability: As a member of RHBOA, you understand and agree that participation in boating activities, events, and use of the facilities may involve inherent risks. RHBOA, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm incurred during the course of your membership or participation in any RHBOA-related activities, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, or property damage.
- Agreement and Consent: By becoming a member of RHBOA, you explicitly agree to the storage of your personal information for legal and administrative purposes, as outlined in this disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and accept the automatic renewal of your membership, subject to cancellation as described above, and the waiver of liability described in section 4.
